This is great for bringing coherence to all different parts of our body’s immune system, nervous system, neurological, biological, cellular, complete mind, body, and spirit coherence. It’s great for improving your mood, sleep, and heart rate variability. And then the third type of breath work: holotropic. This is effective for creating emotional resilience and nervous system regulation and activates the feel-good neurochemicals in our brains: Cortisol, adrenaline, dopamine, and serotonin.
