IT’S OK TO NOT BE OK.
It wasn’t too long ago that I wasn’t ok. In fact, in 2015, I lost the will to live in the depths of my addiction. I HIT ROCK BOTTOM.
I was taking sleeping pills, not wanting to wake up because I was in so much despair, pain, and suffering. Drugs and alcohol had taken over my life, and I thought the only way to escape the pain that I was in was to check out.
It wasn’t until my family and God intervened that I got into treatment and OUT OF MY OWN WAY, that I was able to get sober. That was the first step I had to take to transform my life. I had to remove the physical substances. What was left was unresolved trauma, stuffed and repressed emotions, unhealthy patterns and habits, and a bag of emotional shit that I had been pushing down my entire life that had me numbing out. For years and years and years I coped by numbing out.
The truth is that if you’re here, it’s very likely that you’ve been numbing out too — through work, video games, pornography, sex, drugs, alcohol, food, gambling, and even the healthiest of things — exercise!
Here’s what I want you to know — THERE IS A BETTER WAY!
The better way is a way you’ve never learned, it’s not your fault, and it’s scary as shit.
ON THE OTHER SIDE IS FREEDOM.
This has been my way to healing, living a connected life in recovery, and working toward healthy habits, deep and meaningful relationships, honesty, truth, authenticity, purpose, passion, intimate connection with others… and true love (the real thing!) – all the things I really wanted in the first place!
I learned how to thrive — and not just SURVIVE — in my life. And I want that for you!

Mindfulness coaching helps you develop and enhance the skill of mindfulness using the key principles of non-judgment, openness, acceptance, curiosity, and compassion. Mindfulness is a simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment observation of the mind-body process through calm and focused awareness without judgment. Dispassionately observing your mental processes allows great insight into habitual ways of thinking, and it has a profound power to alleviate stress and suffering. Rather than rehearsing or rehashing our lives, we can allow ourselves to live in the here and now.
You will experience guided meditation practice and receive helpful tools to take with you throughout your week.
Practices include sitting meditation; awareness of breath; walking meditation; awareness of sounds, thoughts, & emotions; body scan meditation; and written reflection.

As your life coach, I see and boost your weaknesses, while playing to your strengths. I get to know my clients extremely well. In fact, I’ll help you get to know yourself better. I see the patterns you’re falling into and share with you what I see. Just like your track coach will show you your running times and give you the tools to do better, I’ll show you the thought patterns that you may or may not be aware of, and give you the tools to shift them.
Am I The Right Coach For You?
Are you ready to get to work? My clients experience change because they work for it. In addition to our regular coaching sessions, where we set strategy, reframe old ways of thinking and shift stress to eustress. And the meat of our work happens between sessions. It’s where the rubber hits the road, where all those insights turn into action, and why I am in touch with you (a lot) between sessions.
Outside of our coaching sessions, you can expect 5–10 hours of additional work per week. Reading, watching videos, connecting with old friends and colleagues (aka ‘networking’), and researching. There’s work to do. Change isn’t going to happen while you sit on my couch.
Don’t start coaching because your parents or spouse wants you to be coached. Come because you want to. I’ll help you realize what you need to do — and it’s on you to do it. I’ll provide the support and accountability, for sure, but you’re going to send the emails, set up the meetings, fly to Florida for those auditions, and put the pieces together to change your life.
I can’t do it for you, but I can (and will) support you as you do it.
As a coach, I can help you when you’re at baseline and you want more. I also work with people who are in therapy, receiving that support and looking to grow in a new way. There is, of course, some overlap, and some of the magic is in the relationship you have with the practitioner you choose.
These are needs, real needs. And this is where a life coach fits in.
As a coach, I ask you the right questions so that you can come to your own solutions. I’m not a consultant, I’m not going to analyze you and tell you what you need to do (despite clients asking me to do this!). I’m going to help you figure it out for yourself.
And when you figure it out for yourself, when you own the thought process, you are more likely to take action. Insight, action, change. That’s my process. I help you have insight by asking the right questions. Based on your insight you are more likely to take action, which leads to more insights — which leads to more action. This insight/action cycle leads to the inevitable change you seek.

My passion for breathwork started from my own growth and exploration. I personally experienced its healing power while going through a life transformation. I was busy with work and life and didn’t have time, nor did I really want to change. I felt numb and I knew I needed a healthy, safe practice to process and release those stuck emotions in order to heal and move forward. As I dove into breathwork, I realized its power to help others reconnect to their inner selves too. Any transformation is a change in behavior and that can be so overwhelming!! We need to love and accept ourselves as we do the inner work. Getting aligned with who we are, accepting ourselves, and feeling whole… it is possible.
