Here’s how Ted was able to overcome his fear and achieve success.
Meet Ted, a real estate agent who came to the United States from Russia as a young boy. Ted is a loving father, a hard worker, and a servant leader in his community. Despite his many achievements, Ted had a debilitating fear of driving on freeways, which prevented him from taking the most efficient routes to appointments and cost him precious time with his family and friends.
When Ted came to me, he was letting his fear hold him back from living the life he wanted. I recognized the impact Ted’s fear was having on his life and worked with him to overcome it. Together, we created a plan to help him face his fear head-on and overcome it. Ted gained confidence, self-esteem, and empowerment, which translated into every other area of his life.
“We all have fears that hold us back from living the life we were meant to live.”
Ted’s newfound freedom has allowed him to spend more time with his family, take on new work projects, and travel the world. In fact, he has even overcome his fear of flying and now enjoys exploring new countries with his daughter.
This story is a reminder that we all have fears that hold us back from living the life we were meant to live. It takes courage to face our fears head-on and ask for help. But with the right support and guidance, we can overcome our fears and create a new story that aligns with our values and highest good.
